What to expect with my Onboarding process…

  • My onboarding process always begins with a Discovery call so that I can better understand your needs.

    We will discuss the following:

    • Your goals - I.e more leads, better visibility/ brand presence, showcasing good work

    • Your services, ideal clients, and past marketing efforts

    • Your budget, timeline, and expectation

  • Following our Discovery call you will receive a tailored proposal which includes the following:

    • Included services

    • Deliverables per month

    • Pricing and expected timelines

    You can then confirm your acceptance of the proposal or make any changes.

  • Following acceptance of the proposal, you will receive a contract to sign, which will include the following:

    • My cancellation policy

    • A scope of works

    • Deliverables and Timelines

    • Your responsibilities

    • My responsibilities

    • Payment terms

    • Ownership & copyright

  • I will request access to the following:

    • Instagram (via Meta Business Suite or login details)

    • Facebook page (as an assigned admin role)

    • A dropbox or Google drive with any existine images

    • Any existing Customer Relationship Management process

  • (for social media management clients - unless purchasing a strategy plan alone)

    I will cover the following in my strategy plan:

    • Goals and KPIs

    • Target audience

    • Content pillars

    • Posting schedule

    • Hashtag strategy
